Beta Explainer (Non-Developer)
A plain-language summary of the beta work so teammates can follow along while we keep building on the Phase 0 snapshot.
Grid Composer
- Drag-and-drop board for layouts such as Learning Week, Translation Studio, Workshop Hall, Ops Control Room, and PRD Forge.
- Moving rows/rails lets us test how a facilitator or translator would reflow the workspace before anything is coded.
Magic Moments & Session Ideas
- Each persona story follows “When X happens, the system responds with Y so they feel Z.”
- Session ideas (Invisible Session Layer, Session Share Links, Session Chains, etc.) list status and testing notes so we know what is pilot-ready.
Domain Events
- Treat events as system notifications (e.g., `SessionCompleted`, `ResourceTagged`, `AIInsightSaved`).
- Events let us trigger recaps, update dashboards, or queue AI helpers without manual steps.
Workspaces & Hub
- Learning Space, Translation Studio, Research Sprint, Content Lab, and Personal Hub each bundle the tools that audience needs.
- The Hub page explains each space and links to the relevant beta pages until the real data connection is live.
AI Rollout Ladder
- Assistant → small suggestions you approve (titles, rewrites).
- Copilot → AI drafts recaps/patterns using your context, you edit.
- Autopilot → AI runs multi-step recipes with checkpoints you can pause/approve.
Session Kinds
- `learning`, `workshop`, `translation`, `research`, `content` share the base session model but toggle optional panels (e.g., glossary rail for translation).
- Keeps the legacy UI intact while letting us layer new session rooms when ready.
